The Offer Gauge app was created after years of listening to our customers on one hand, help me choose the right home before I pay for an expensive inspection. And Realtors on the other hand, help me identify what my clients are truly looking for in a home, and what their concerns are. Offer Gauge makes this happen and more. It allows prospective buyers to move through a home systematically and identify the positive features each home has to offer and document what they believe are potential issues they are concerned about. At the same time, the data derived is populated on a professional feedback and sales report, to help prospective home buyers make informed and educated decisions about their new home. Knowing if the home in question truly suits the needs and requirements of prospective home buyers and being able to reassure on those areas of concern is priceless today in the real estate transaction.
How do we do this? The Offer Gauge provides an easy to use home buyers DIY inspection and feedback system that can be completed by anyone. Buyers viewing multiple homes can create mini surveys, with easy to upload photographs to help memorize and identify both the positive aspects and potential concerns of every home they view. This feedback allows agents to better deal with their customers, as they will either find a new home or bring one of the current ones to contract. Offer Gauge automatically creates professional pdf reports which can be emailed to anyone. The app is also ideal for real estate agents, wanting to keep track of their prospects. Realtors simply email the app through their log in, to their prospects and clients for FREE.
